Case 1: Marketing & Communication Strategy: Soka Tribe

Soka Tribe is a Washington D.C. based company on a mission to spread Caribbean carnival culture through dance fitness classes, organized trips, public and private performances, extracurricular programming, and engaging presentations. The company turned a profit for its first five years but the owner was interested in improving the company’s communication and increasing brand awareness and sales. The company was also exploring expansion opportunities in a new edutainment market. We were brought in to develop a marketing and communication strategy in preparation for the next phase of its evolution.

We conducted market research to inform the development of a marketing and communication strategy detailing steps for customer acquisition, community activation and retention. We also spearheaded the revamp of all the company's marketing content on its social platforms and new website. This intervention resulted in over 200% increase in online community engagement and new business opportunities through strategic partnerships.

Case 2: Business Strategy: BessLime Experience

BessLime Experience Limited is an event production company operating in the entertainment industry in Trinidad and Tobago that was founded in 2012 based on a vision to create unique events that provided memorable experiences for young professionals. In 2016 the company was experiencing some degree of profitability but wanted to accelerate their growth. We were brought in to work with the management team to improve the company's revenue. We worked closely with the team to resposition the company to a new target market, develop new products and make improvements to the company's branding. This resulted in a 150% increase in annual revenue year on year.

Case 3: Market Feasibility Assessment: EIDCOT Limited

The Eco-Industrial Development Company of Tobago (E-IDCOT) Ltd was formed as one of the agencies responsible for driving economic development and transformation in Tobago. The company was interested in assessing the viability of establishing a food testing lab and agro-processing facility in Tobago. Members of our team were sub-contracted to support this initiative and provide strategic recommendations. We conducted the neccessary research and recommended a viable course of action to the management team.

Case 4: Business Intelligence and Strategy Development: CGA Limited

CGA is the leading regional coconut oil processor and the only large-scale local manufacturer of bath soaps. In 2018, the company was recognized by The Trinidad and Tobago Manufacturers Association (TTMA) for their environmental initiatives with the Green Manufacturer of the Year Award. The company was seeking innovative ways to improve market share and brought us in to identify new opportunities for growth. We generated the insights needed to gain a deeper understanding of the market and recommended customer acquisition strategies to improve market share.

Case 5: Market Penetration Strategy Development: Bar Plus Services

Bar Plus services was founded in 2017 with the goal of improving the quality of bar services and providing flawless event planning and execution. During the COVID-19 pandemic the company launched a line of ready-to-drink cocktails called Bliss Blends that was gaining some traction. We were brought on to help the company increase brand awareness and penetrate the market with this new product on a limited budget. We developed a distribution strategy that leveraged strategic partnerships in niche channels, which resulted in a 45 percent revenue increase within two months.
